Our Workshop is practical and focussed in hard experience.   As the number one ranked mediator in the UK (by the National Mediation Database) our own Martin Plowman is an expert in the practical reality of holding difficult conversations.    With the experience of over 500 mediations behind him, he brings a wealth of personal experience to the workshop.  He is joined by LP Training's Paula Lawn.    Paula brings to the workshop her many years' experience at the sharp end of workplace conflict and disagreement as an employment lawyer.    Paula has seen the consequences of failed workplace conversations at first hand, and is perfectly placed to help you avoid them.
