Lorna understands the negative impact workplace conflict (whether that be between employees or between employees and employers) has not only on the individual employees directly concerned in the conflict but also on their co-workers and on the business as a whole and appreciates how costly and disruptive workplace conflict can be. Where the conflict is on-going discussions facilitated by an external, independent, neutral mediator can minimise disruption and help re-build relationships. Where the employee has left the organisation facilitated discussions will help the employer and employee explore whether they can resolve on-going conflict without the need to bring or continue formal proceedings.
