Martin Plowman
Ranked in the top three mediators in the country by the National Mediator Database League Table for ten consecutive years, and with the experience that comes from having mediated over 1,000 cases, Martin is our senior mediator. He mediates commercial disputes, contractual claims, partnership disputes, inheritance disputes and Trusts of Land Act claims. Susan Blake
Susan practised as a dispute resolution solicitor for over 25 years. She long ago realised that litigation was not the best way to resolve disputes and qualified as a mediator in 2005. She now practices full time as a mediator and has mediated a wide range of disputes involving cases from £1,500 to over £10 million. Richard O'Sullivan
Richard is a barrister of twenty years' call, and as well as being an ADRg accredited mediator he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has a broad common law background, and particular experience in construction law, regulatory law, local government law, and land, leases and trusts. Polly Langford
Polly is a solicitor specialising in Commercial Litigation and Education Law. Polly qualified as an Accredited Mediator in June 2017, having trained with the London School of Mediation. Polly’s experience as a disputes solicitor lends itself well to mediating a wide variety of disputes and disputes of varying values.
